Garrett holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida. He holds a Certified General Contractors License and Home Inspectors License. Garrett enjoys spending time with his wife Amy, two sons Parker and Will. Watching his sons play sports, enjoying a round of golf, quality beach time, and spending time with friends.

The State of Florida proudly touts the extreme difficulty with which to obtain a contractor’s license. Once received, builders and remodelers must adhere to the stringent Florida Building Code and receive 14 hours of continuing education every two years in order to maintain their license.
