We work very hard at this point to earn your business, and will bring out subcontractors and vendors to make sure we cover all the details in developing a comprehensive and complete cost summary. Once completed with this process, we will ask for another meeting to review the work we have done and work out any last minute changes or changes to the plans or scope of work. At this time, the excitement builds as owners can now see their construction objectives coming to reality.

After the initial contact, we follow up with either an on-site or office complimentary consultation. At this point we will want to review your new construction plans, take a closer look at your home or office space, and existing conditions. We will confirm and discuss in further detail your ultimate goals, and any other possible solutions that our team may offer. At this meeting we will offer to give you references, further discuss our proposal process, and show examples of previous projects that may be similar to yours.

After fine tuning the preliminary plans and specifications, we proceed to produce final construction and contract documents.
