Founded in January, 2003, in Panama City, Florida, Anderson Construction Company provides general contracting, construction management, and consulting services in the commercial / residential building construction industry.

The owner and President of the corporation is Garrett J. Anderson. Garrett has a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida, Certified General Contractors License, and has been working full time in the general contracting industry over 27 years.

His resume of completed projects covers a wide range of project types; from new commercial construction to office / medical renovations, from design / build custom homes to investment residential structures indicating his versatility to manage many diverse project types.

Anderson Construction Company is a member of the National Association of Home Builders, Florida House Builders Association, Bay Building Industry Association, and is a Florida Certified Master Builder.

Garrett is supported at Anderson Construction by a team of professionals with an extensive and varied background in the construction industry. Gary Anderson, the company’s Vice President and Financial Officer, has over 12 years experience in construction finances and 40 years of business development.

Additionally, the Anderson team employs one Senior Project Manager, one Project Manager, two Assistant Project Managers, six Superintendents, two assistant Superintendents, two Skilled Laborers, one Office Manager, and two Administrative Assistants.

Anderson Construction Company focuses its marketing efforts on projects of all sizes. The company offers extensive pre-construction services not normally provided in this market.
